EMMA MCBRIDE is a Principal at Park Street Public. Previously Emma was Political Director for Women Winning where she helped recruit, train and mentor women running for the Minnesota Legislature during the 2022 election cycle. Fifty-seven candidates endorsed by Minnesota Winning won legislative races in 2022.

Emma has nearly 10 years of experience building political and issue advocacy programs from the ground-up, managing coalitions, and working with stakeholders and partners. Emma approaches her work with a focus on securing solution-oriented results. During her time at Women Winning, she led the organization’s political and training programs and managed the State and Federal Political Action Committee. Emma has also worked for America Votes as Political and Field Director and OutFront Minnesota as Manager of Policy and Legislative Affairs.

Emma earned a B.S. in social justice and political science with honors from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Emma serves as a Board Member for OutFront Minnesota and is a Resource Advisor for Youth in Government. She’s currently a graduate student at John Hopkins University.
