The Story
The Minneapolis Regional Chamber, with about 30 full-time employees, is among the latest downtown employers to return to the office — in this case, a second-floor suite in the historic Young-Quinlan Building. President and CEO Jonathan Weinhagen said they wanted to be on the leading edge of the post-pandemic shift away from remote work, both to set an example and to experience the benefits and challenges first-hand. “As a leading business organization, we think it’s important to set the tone for this downtown. We wanted to be a part of that first wave,” Weinhagen said.
